An Embedded School Partnership is a year-long partnership tailored to your school's goals, strengthening educator confidence, leadership capacity, and inclusive systems over time. Rather than offering isolated solutions, we work together to build sustainable practices that continue long after our partnership ends.
The purpose of an Embedded School Partnership is to strengthen the systems, educator capacity, and leadership that sustain high-quality Montessori practice long after our partnership has ended.

Academic year partnership (September - June)
Every school is different, so each Embedded School Partnership is designed around your school's goals, size, and level of support required.
The level of support–including on-site visits, leadership coaching, educator mentoring, and consultation–is customized to your school's needs. Many schools choose more frequent on-site support to strengthen educator capacity, leadership systems, and sustainable inclusive practice throughout the year.
