With more than 20 years of experience in Montessori education, I partner with schools, educators, and families to build environments where every child can thrive.
My work combines authentic Montessori pedagogy with current research in child development, neurodiversity, executive functioning, and structured literacy. Whether I am supporting one child, mentoring an educator, or helping a leadership team strengthen school-wide systems, my goal is always the same: to build educator confidence and create lasting change.
I believe meaningful inclusion begins long before an intervention is needed. It begins with prepared adults, thoughtfully designed environments, and school systems that help every child experience themselves as capable, competent, and that they belong.
My Montessori journey began when I entered my first Montessori classroom at two-and-a-half years old. I remained in Montessori through my elementary years before returning as an educator, completing my AMI Primary Diploma through the Foundation for Montessori Education in Toronto.
Over the past two decades, I've worked alongside children, educators, leadership teams, and families, helping Montessori schools build inclusive environments where every child can thrive.
Today, my work combines authentic Montessori pedagogy with current research in child development, neurodiversity, executive functioning, and structured literacy to strengthen educator capacity and school-wide systems and the conditions in which every child can belong.
I believe meaningful inclusion begins long before intervention is needed. It begins with prepared adults, thoughtfully designed environments, and school systems that create conditions for every child to thrive.
Every child deserves to experience themselves as capable, competent, and that they belong.
Every educator deserves the knowledge, support, and confidence to meet the needs of the children in their care.
Every school deserves systems that make inclusion sustainable–not dependent on one passionate educator or one intervention.
These beliefs guide every consultation, workshop, classroom observation, and leadership partnership I undertake.
